**Guaranteed Pass or Full Refund Scheme**
This Guaranteed Pass or Full Refund Scheme is a special offer and is separate from the general refund policy of the company.
1. Guaranteed Pass or Full Refund – Eligibility
To qualify for the Guaranteed Pass or Full Refund scheme, students must meet ALL the conditions below:
•    Students must complete at least 1 hour of daily practice, tracked and recorded by the platform, for the entire course duration.
•    Students must attempt and complete 100% of all course components, including:
o    Foundation Series
o    Subject wise Tests
o    Full Syllabus Mock exams
o    Times Exam Series
 Skipping even one test, mock exam, or practice module will make the student ineligible for a refund.
2. Refund Conditions
•    A refund will be considered only if the student fails the NEET examination.
•    Students must submit a valid and official NEET scorecard issued by the examination authority.
•    No refund will be provided if:
o    Daily practice requirements are not met
o    Any test, mock exam, or module is incomplete
o    Platform records show low usage or non-compliance
All refund requests are checked using system logs, usage data, and performance records.
3. Referral Program – Bonus Structure
Who is eligible?
•    Students who have paid ₹1,499 for the course are eligible for the ₹500 referral bonus.
•    Students who joined under any other fee plan, discount, or promotional offer are eligible for a ₹250 referral bonus only.
How referral bonus works
•    The referral bonus is applicable only if the referred student successfully enrolls and pays the full course fee.
•    Each referral is subject to internal verification.
4. Referral Bonus Processing Time
•    All referral bonuses will be processed after 48 hours, subject to:
o    Successful enrolment of the referred student
o    Payment confirmation
o    Internal verification
 Processing after 48 hours means the referral amount will not be credited immediately.

5. General Conditions
•    The management reserves the full right to approve, reject, or withhold any refund or referral bonus if the terms are not met.
•    All decisions taken by the company regarding:
o    Refund eligibility
o    Referral bonus eligibility
o    Interpretation of these terms
shall be final and binding.
•    The company may change, suspend, or stop the Guaranteed Pass or Referral program at any time without prior notice.
